Room in family home

Welcome to our shared family home!
We have two active young children in the house, so common areas aren't always spotless (and occasionally covered in Lego), but your room is your private area. Our previous housemates have been doing wfh without any issues.
The bathroom is shared with one other person (no children). We have a large parking, small garden and a big kitchen and sitting room to offer.
Individuals, couples and small families are very welcome!
The space
We live in a two story, 4 bedroom house located within a gate with day and night security.
Two other houses are located within the same compound and we all share a big parking space in front and each house has an individual small backyard/ garden behind.
Guest access
You'll have your own private room with access to a shared bathroom (1 other person), big shared kitchen, shared living area, car parking area, shared garden and shared balcony.
Other things to note
The bedroom is upstairs and needs climbing stairs with living areas downstairs.
Our children are 4yo and 6yo and we are always happy to receive a parent or family with child(ren). We are able to more or less toddler proof the house and keep toys with small pieces out of reach for a while, in case it is needed.
The kids are usually out of the house until about 4pm on weekdays and home in the evenings.
We are happy to receive long term guests/roommates as well if we get along well :-) Wifi and hot water are available.
