„The best thing about this place is its location, very close to the Nagasaka gondola lift and main ticket office. I also like the fact that I could rent my ski equipment right from the hotel, and stow the rentals onsite at a designated area. Every morning after eating breakfast at the lodge, I put on the gears and just needed to walk 5 minutes to get to the lift and hit the slope. „The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! And the food was amazing and a wonderful experience. We had 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners and they were all ...

„The room was really spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included but dinner we ate out as the hotel is large and they can't accommodate everybody. This was not a problem as there were so many restaurants in town. You do need to time the shuttle bus well though. Overall, a brilliant place to visit and really worth the money.“

„義母の還暦祝いで家族3世代３家族の大所帯旅行になりました。出発前に電話があり朝食、夕食の事前時間指定の案内もあり助かりました。 部屋も清潔で布団が羽毛布団で軽くて暖かかったです。スタッフも沢山いて安心したし外国人の方も流暢な日本語でびっくりしました。部屋で誕生日ケーキを準備してもらい祝うことができたした。また行きたいです。“
