„First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware was non-existing, no china for coffee, TV wasn't working, pool had no towels and the lounge chairs were bolted stuck in a seated position, no cushions either, property was very difficult to find, ...
