„We loved our room and check-in was relatively simple. We would have preferred someone onsite to greet us and provide information in person, but we managed. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time, that the room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator available. Trying to get our luggage up 3 flights of steep narrow stairs was not easy! But once we got up to our room, we found it quite nice and comfortable.“
