„The place is wonderful! Two of us best friends had a get away for Easter week and it was so relaxing. Tom and Eileen left a plate of fresh-baked goodies and a chilled bottle of wine for us, then a few days later a cute carton of fresh-laid eggs. We felt so pampered! The weather was constantly shifting, but we found the property allowed for everything. We really liked the bird-feeder, and sweeping views. Pool and spa were lovely. So easy, and the hosts seemed very amenable. Will visit again!“

„My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here. Very short walk down the lane to the beach. People were so friendly and it felt safe. This location was close to my Ventura family. Little scary for us when the fires started in Ventura but there was a quick response to put them out.Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. LOVED the candy jar-we love Smartees.We could have walked to a few stores but didn’t need to. I do recommend this property. “
