Premier Luxury 3 Bedroom Villa at Hualalai Resort with Golf Course Views!

Turn moments into memories at this private villa located inside the gated community of the iconic Four Seasons at Hualalai Resort. Experience world-class golf, spa, restaurants, and more. Waiulu Villa, 133C is a three-bedroom, 3-and-a-half-bathroom luxury ground floor home.

Entering from the private courtyard and into the large entryway, you will immediately notice how spacious this home is. On either side, you will find the guest rooms, each equipped with its own television, ensuite, and private lanais and seating area. One has a king-size bed, the other has two twin xl beds that can be converted into a king bed. The kitchen is large and well-appointed, with a small dining area that looks out over a small lanai. The laundry is located just beyond. The kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room. The sliding doors disappear into the wall pockets so that you may enjoy the indoor-outdoor lounge and dining areas. The private barbecue grill is perfect to create an island feast. On a hot day, leave the doors closed to keep cool in the central air conditioning. The primary bedroom looks out over the golf course, with a beautiful king-size bed and a luxurious ensuite. Choose from the large soaking tub, walk-in shower, or the private outdoor shower to wash your day away. You are encouraged to use the golf cart in the resort to get to the amenities. Golf cart parking is ample around the hotel and stores. Get the most out of your stay by purchasing a daily resort pass.

Golf Cart:
Guests are encouraged to use the golf cart (located in the garage) around the resort. There are ample paths and golf cart parking around the resort. Guests must be 18+ to drive. Please be mindful of other guests, service vehicles, and golfers.

Four Seasons Resort Information:
Guests may access the Four Seasons Resort spa, golf, tennis, and more by contacting the resort concierge. Fees apply and vary depending on seasonality. Some blackout dates apply.

Please note: the Canoe Club and Ke'olu Golf course & Clubhouse are not available to guests. This unit has central air conditioning and no stairs.

Updated 5/13/2025: Please note that from Monday, December 1, 2025 at 3:00 PM through Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM, access to resort amenities will be limited due to exclusive private events.

During these dates, pool and beach services will be unavailable. While the Hualālai Golf Course will remain open, the driving range will be closed. Hualālai Trading Company will be available for breakfast, and the Residents’ Beach House will remain open for lunch and dinner daily. Beach Tree will have limited availability for lunch, and ‘Ulu, Noio, Beach Tree, and Miller & Lux Hualālai will not be offering dinner service during this period—they will reopen on December 6.

Large event tents will be set up on the Hualālai Driving Range, with evening entertainment scheduled until 10:00 PM. Kids for All Seasons will be closed. However, the Spa & Sports Club and ocean activities will remain available, with ocean activities dependent on weather conditions.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation villa in Kona! The location couldn't have been better—just a short trip to the resort and beach, where we spent our mornings paddle boarding. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with lush tropical landscaping and amazing views. We really felt like we were in paradise. The villa was comfortable, clean, and perfectly situated for a relaxing family trip.

Nice sizeable rental for a family, or in our case, two. However the property had some defects - such as broken outdoor sink and a faulty shower, that I would not expect at this price point.

Villa was perfect for our stay and very comfortable for our family. Everything was clean upon our arrival and having two golf carts was convenient. The furniture is a bit dated and we didn’t hear back from the priority manager after informing them of a small issue we found. But ultimately we had a wonderful visit to Hualalai and renting this villa made it easy to enjoy the resort and property.

Unfortunately not the review anyone wants to leave, but feels necessary to protect future guests. We've rented at Hualalai before and have had great experiences. This one was completely different. While the condo is well located, the unit itself is very tired, and we had major issues with the management company, CB Island Vacations (and indirectly, the condo’s owner). The biggest problem is that the fridge/freezer was broken (wouldn't hold below ~50 degrees and freezer couldn't hold below ~30 F). The management company, CB Island Vacations and manager Zam, and the unit's owner refused to acknowledge this, claiming there was no issue, instead choosing to consistently ignore our concerns and complaints during and after our stay. It took CBIV 3 days to send someone. The handyman made a temporary fix but the fridge stopped working again hours later. We had to throw out our entire grocery order and weren’t able to make meals at the house during our stay (the reason to rent a condo instead of a hotel room). Beyond the fridge, the unit was tired: it seemed like the owner had taken their nice furniture elsewhere and backfilled with bare minimum, e.g. old worn 2-person sofa (not the nice 3-seater in the photos!), musty linens, old/rusted cookware, furniture randomly rearranged (no nightstands in master), just not in line with rental price. We highly advise against staying here unless you are prepared to deal with major issues, and worse, a non-responsive and evasive manager/owner.

Great location and value. Access to the Four Seasons (for a fee) is a plus. It was nice to have the golf carts to get around. Nice, quiet condo that we enjoyed staying at and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this villa! The layout was ideal for 2 couples, and we greatly enjoyed being so close to all the amenities at Hualalai---we didn't leave the resort for the entire stay! We especially appreciated the 2 golf carts. We hope to come again!

We rent villas at Hualalai 2/3 times a year and have never had a bad stay. While this rental company, Coldwell Banker Island Vacations, was new to us, the unit pictured nicely and we assumed would be similar to past stays. We were VERY wrong. We rented for 2 weeks during the festive season. When I booked the unit in May I was told there was only 1 golf cart and so I rented another one (a small fortune), only to arrive and there were 2 golf carts. These carts were in horrible shape. Missing windshields, mirrors, and both steering wheels totally out of alignment. The map location of the villa is wrong side of st. it’s on the other side with hillside views. There is no midstay cleaning included. The unit was so extremely bare. We arrived and they left us 4 trash bags, 8 laundry pods, 8 dishwasher pods, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 paper towel rolls, for 2 weeks! Most units come fully stocked. When asked where all of the extras were, we were told we could go purchase these items. This is not normal. The bedding in the units was old and the quilts were musky. Each bed only had 2 pillows. There were no second set of sheets. We could not find any extra towels. The AC was an even bigger issue. The front 2 bedrooms didn’t work at all. They kept coming and saying it was fixed but wasn’t. We will not be staying there again or using this company again. I do not recommend this unit at all. Every other rental company we’ve used is so high end, you can feel the luxury! I hope they take note

We have been coming to Hualalai for more than 10 years now, usually staying with family friends on the property. We wanted to try staying in a condo this year and could not be happier with our decision. There was a beautiful gift basket upon arrival with the most delicious treats and the entire space was incredibly clean and beautiful. Everything we could have ever needed was provided and we couldn't be more appreciative! Already looking into dates for our next visit.

This home was perfect for my family of 5. The property had everything we needed and more. Being able to use the golf cart to get to the Four Seasons Resort was very helpful (and made hotel guests jealous!). The kitchen was fully stocked and the property was clean. Management was easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again.
