Welcome to Banyan Tree 200. This stunning condo offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, providing the perfect backdrop for your Hawaiian getaway. With its prime location, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves and the gentle ocean breeze right from your wraparound lanai.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it ideal for families or couples seeking a romantic escape. The main suite features a luxurious king-sized bed. While this bedroom is not equipped with air conditioning, it does have a powerful ceiling fan that moves the air quite efficiently. That, with an open window tends to keep the room cool at night. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a window AC.

**Banyan Tree 200 is a split level condo. While it requires no stairs to get from the condo to the unit, there are 2 steps with handrail between the kitchen/hall into the living room.

Banyan Tree 200 boasts a well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The dining area provides a lovely space to enjoy your culinary creations, while the inviting living area is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a television and cable/satellite access.

Gorgeous view and lovely space!

Lovely two bedroom space perfect for 2 adult couples. The view was incredible! The wrap around lanai was perfect! The sound of the waves lulled us to peacefulness and the tv was never on! The beds were very comfortable and there are labels around the place that guide you to switches and various comforts of home. The management property provides you with a small kitchen pack that has dish and laundry soap. There's also a small box for the bathrooms with various soaps and such.The building, like most places on the island is dated. It was built in the 1970s. But the owners of the condo have put some work into updating the space. It's clean and bright with good lighting. The beds were comfy and the furniture was nice too. The 2 chairs look out through the big picture window and it's perfect!Towels, beach towels, trash bags, beach chairs, and even some coffee and various spices are at your disposal. There's also a small hose on the lanai for rinsing off shoes and sanding things. Parking included. The place was very, very nice! It met our expectations. It was very conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to be too. I was very happy with the space and would love to come back.

Good location and great view. The kitchen is well supplied and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was drained twice when we went to use itThe master bath has some staining in the tub and poor quality repairs. A couple of kitchen tiles are cracked. Some less obvious areas were quite dusty, lamps, light fixtures, etc. It was a decent stay overall but I wouldn't stay here again.

Stunning View

Banyon Tree 200 has an extraordinary view that we enjoyed very much. The facility was clean and comfortable. HOWEVER, BE AWARE.........the central part of the condo is elevated. So, there is a sunjen living room area WITH STEPS and the bedroom area is also sunken WITH STEPS. Not sure why....very unusual. Although there are not a lot of steps, they can be an issue for those with mobility or vision issues. We have both and we were really very mindful of navigating these two areas our entire time. We loved the wrap-around lanai and used the area quite a bit. Also, be aware that you are right next to a small park. Most of the time that was not an issue, but at some times the marijuana and noise was quite pronounced. The great thing, however, is that the unit has some air-conditioning (living area and guest bedroom) so we often closed our windows and sliding doors. The kitchen has more spices than I have in my spice drawer! Again, the pluses outnumbered the minuses for sure!

Gorgeous views and sunsets

This Kailua-Kona condo has breathtaking ocean views with surfers at the crack of dawn and at sun down. Views were truly worth a million dollars. Location - just minutes from the main strip, with easy access to shopping & dining. While the condo is somewhat dated & presents an incredible opportunity for some renovations, but the stunning views can make up for the areas that are lacking within the condo. The bldg grounds were well kept and also had stunning views by the pool.

Very nice condo. Spectacular views. Responsive owner. Well stocked kitchen and bedding, although we could have used a working can opener and a soup ladle. The market across the street would have been nice, but it was closed for repairs (with no notice). The hot tub appeared to be closed, but we never got around to calling the owner to ask. It was a joy to watch the surfers out the huge picture window.

Sunset Oceanfront In Paradise

Having stayed in September the condo complex was less busy which was nice and really quiet. The condo is located right on the ocean! The wrap around lanai has a counter top bar and chairs which allows you to enjoy your morning coffee/breakfast and watch the surfers all day. We enjoyed many suppers and watch the sunset from this area as well. The condo has a/c in main area, but we didn't use much. There are two sliding doors and you can get a nice breeze going through. Second bedroom also has a/c which was also seldomly used. Kitchen has everything you need to cook easy meals and prepare quick lunches/snacks for the day. Da Poke Shack is 100 yards down the road and is awesome!!! Magic Sands beach is about 0.9 miles down the road and a nice 15 min walk. There is free parking across the road if you want to load up your vehicle. Pool and hot tub were good and bbq's onsite were cleaned daily. The only small disappointment was a boogie board was not provided (purchased one and left for future guests) and some of the beach chairs were not in good working order. However, we were able to use two of the chairs and the umbrellas. Overall, we were very happy with this condo and would definitely recommend as a rental property to consider!!

Amazing Views!!

The listing for this property is spot on!! The location is fantastic and the views from the living room and lanai are spectacular. We were exhausted when we arrived and were allowed to check in an hour early. As we entered the unit, Hawaiian music was playing on the tv and the view greeted us instantly. We all sat listening to the music and watching the waves until bed. Definitely would come back!!!

Surfing Paradise

We enjoyed our stay. We do think that the interior needs a bit of updating, but the appliances and television were outstanding. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor spa needs to be cleaned more frequently[HOA issue]. Loved the "welcome kits" that greeted us when we arrived. All and all a very good place for a relaxing Kona vacation! The view of the ocean and watching the surfing was mesmorizing and something that we looked forward to each day! Also the small beach next door was quiet and peaceful.

Perfect spot

We were thrilled by the amazing VRBO rental. It is in a perfect location over looking the ocean. We had a front row seat of world class surfers, whales and jaw dropping sunsets. Every amenity is available. It is well organized and clean. The management crew was prompt with a small problem with the garbage disposal. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the casual public beach right next door!
