The one thing I didn’t like about my unit was it did not have a stove and also there’s no common area we had 10 people, and there was no place for all 10 of us to eat we had to drag tables and chairs out of the condo to be able to even fit 10 of us. „First of all, Epic Realty was great to work with. They were responsive to any issue we had. The property at the Royal Kahana is a nice property but had an unfortunate incident while we were there. There was a power outage in West Maui that lasted for about 24 hours. After the outage, the property only had one elevator working and no hot water. The issue was getting someone to repair the elevators and hot water. On a positive note, the view from our room was outstanding. “
