„Over priced, not clean. Service was good. Issue with infrastructure, food quality was ok. “

„Even after requested for swimming pool water cleaning it was not done...as water was so dirty not able to do swimming at all..also the swimming pool is only for kids and not adults as depth of swimming pool is only 4 feet max...it was not worth the money we paid...the room size is very small i cant even stand properly..while booking from the online platform it was written that kids can stay free..but when we reached reception they forcefully asked for kids id and charges us 1500rs..also not ...

„The resort is fairly new. Rooms are nice and clean in general. However, be prepared that outside noice travels through the doors. The bathroom is big and has a shower as well as a bathtub. Now our biggest annoyance:the staff. The service level needs to be improved! They don't even try to help you with a problem. That's why I can't recommend a stay at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar.“

„Friendly staff. Clean room.“

„Clean room with helpful staff“

„The room was great but had cockroaches in the bathroom. After complaining twice we were moved to another room. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They made sure our stay was comfortable after that and things were in place.“
