„eindrucksvolles Hotel, aber dafür zahlt man auch „sehr ordentlich“ und erwartet auch somit den „höchsten“ Service-Standard, dem das Hotel nicht zu 100% gerecht wird. Wir sehen hier als Vergleichsstandard das Oriental in Bangkok, kommt es in Sachen Service nicht ansatzweise ran. Aber Palm Beach trotzdem toll!!!“
