This home is a newly updated, modern retreat inspired by the peaceful twilight hours of Joshua Tree! We hope you’ll enjoy the desert-inspired decor featured throughout the home, as well as the inviting reading nooks and peaceful corners to enjoy your morning coffee. We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking spray & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:
There is a private driveway for up to 3 cars to park

THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Fire pit, lounge chairs, hammocks, and bocce ball available for you to enjoy!

BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and there is a very comfortable queen sized 6 inch memory foam folding mattress available. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dual coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil

SECURITY:
A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.

PET FRIENDLY:
This property is pet-friendly. We do not allow pets on furniture, as a precaution to help keep the home clean for future guests. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $50 per pet. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book we will request the additional pet fee from you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.
