This blue-and-gold Buc-themed condo sits five minutes from ETSU, JCMC, and the VA medical center, with gig-speed fiber for anyone charting or working from the dining table. The layout is built for two people who'd rather not share a bathroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with a queen bed and its own en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. It's a setup that works well for two travel nurses splitting a place, a pair of contractors on the same job, or a couple who just likes their own space.

The main level has the living room with a Roku TV for your streaming logins, a full kitchen with an eat-in dining area, and a half bath. The kitchen is set up to actually cook in — full-size range and oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig, with pots, pans, and knives all here. Washer and dryer are on the main floor too, no basement stairs and no laundromat runs. Gig fiber internet (1 Gbps) runs throughout, and the dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace.

Out back there's a patio and a large yard for letting the dog out or taking a walk. Two parking spaces are labeled for Unit 7, and there's a trash dumpster on site. You'll have the whole condo to yourselves.

Good to know: there are about six steps up to the front porch and roughly fifteen more to the bedrooms — both bedrooms and both full baths are upstairs, so all the sleeping is on the upper floor. It's a condo with neighbors on both sides; the units are quiet, but you may hear a door or footsteps now and then. The patio is bare at the moment — the space is there, just no furniture yet. One TV, in the living room. Self check-in with a smart lock and a lockbox backup. Pets welcome, two max at $65 per pet, and we just ask you clean up after them in the yard.
