The 2nd floor main living space, kitchen, half bath, dining room and king bedroom with walk in shower are located on the main floor along with a laundry room. The 3rd floor offers 3 bedrooms and a small living room. Bedroom 2) King bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 3) King bedroom with shared jack and jill bath/tub combo. Bedroom 4) Two twin sized beds with shared jack and jill bath/tub combo. The elevator at this home that visits all three floors. -Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.
