„The Red Rose Inn is a lovely bed and breakfast located in the center of Bardstown. Great location for exploring Abraham Lincoln's birthplace, Churchill Downs, and the beautiful countryside. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious both mornings of our stay. We enjoyed our stay at the Red Rose Inn, and hope to return in the future.“

„Our stay started very rocky as our reservation that was made on Expedia was not showing in the hotels system. But miss Annette at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped us by getting a number to call Expedia and was very understanding of our frustration but went the extra mile to make everything right. She stayed on the line with the gentleman from Expedia and we got all situated. She is an angel and a great asset to the Hampton!! “

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2* "
