Israel was a perfect host and when there was an issue (I stayed there a month) that is normal house issues it was addressed immediately and follow up with me making sure it was good was frequent. „I would deduct 1 Star for the food, but the overall experience was great so I won't. The Room was perfect, the service outstanding. The Hotel in really good condition. The beach fantastic. We were worried at first, because most positive reviews came from americans, but this hotel can absolutely live up to european standards. The food is difficult. „The views were spectacular. The dinning table was huge and had plenty of space for dinners with the family. Bedrooms were spacious. Any questions we had were answered and resolved quickly. Grocery store was close and within walking distance. There were food options near the grocery store as well. Linda was helpful with transportation options and great to work with. “

„More than enough room for your entire family. In fact, my family only used 2 rooms. Large kitchen refrigerator. Anything I asked for the management provided. Showers, rooms, and everything is tile. Best tacos ever at El Socio Naiz. Marcado 28 and Mercado 23 are great to buy gifts at good prices. Make sure to visit isla mujeres. Don’t visit any timeshares, 3hrs minimum, 90 min is a lie. Ventura water park is cheep and awesome.“

„I spent 26 days here and absolutely enjoyed it. The apartment was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. But that wasn’t a big deal for me. I could come and go as I wanted. There are no elevators. Also, you may not get the apartment that they show on their Expedia/VRBO ad. They have somebody there 24/7 and are always there to help. It was very nice. I hope I get to stay there again. “
