„Generell fällt die Gleichgültigkeit des Personals auf. Es wird nicht geschaut und einfach ein Text abgespult. Am zweiten Abend nicht mal die AirPods aus dem Ohr genommen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer auch nachts gut befahrenen Autobahn. Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer zur Autobahn. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Die Rezeption half leider nicht. Über Hotels.com und das Managment haben wir ein Zimmer an der anderen Seite bekommen. Das war erträglich. “

„This was my first stay in a Drury Hotel and it was a really nice stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the complimentary dinner was an unexpected plus and I had a walk-in shower. I'm a stroke survivor and the walk-in shower is kinda special to me. I enjoyed the St Louis stay so much, I just booked another stay in Louisiana for a couple of nights. “

„Schön gemachtes Hotel mit witziger Einrichtung zum Thema Mond und Planeten. Unser Zimmer war groß, das Bett bequem und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Rooftop Bar ist sehr schön und war gut besucht. Die Mitarbeiter/innen im Hotel wirkten etwas schläfrig und unmotiviert. Der Delmar Boulevard wirkt leider etwas heruntergekommen; es gibt viel Leerstand. Da hatten wir uns mehr erwartet.“

„I recently stayed at the hotel and I was concerned the reviews were less than gracious. But I have to say that the staff was extremely pleasant. They went out of their way to see that we were safe and we weren’t bothered the rooms were clean. I was there for a surgery in the hospital next to it and I couldn’t have asked for any better situation. All I had to do was walk next-door. I agree that the panhandlers in the area are less than attractive, but that St. Louis they’re gonna gravitate to ...

„Hotel was in a safe area, local restaurant and coffee shop were a walkable distance. Fun hotel vibe with pool table, outside area, and bar. However, shower water pressure was barely a trickle out of the shower head, and no saop on the dispensers was very disappointing. Beds were soft and staff was friendly. So overall good stay. “

„Staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived before noon but was still able to get into my room to get some work done. Outdoor area was great and the location was convenient to several stores and restaurants. The only two negatives were that rooms on the freeway side of the building did get a lot of noise and there were not any mats in the gym for things like stretching and body weight exercises. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to be for a week long business trip.“
