„No shuttle bus service as mentioned in service. Before booking they said it is rare advantage but there is no advantage at all also it is middle of residential area very hard to access anything noting round all small house and high school. Staff was friendly room clean breakfast okay nice also they don’t respond chat“

„Staff were helpful and kind. Hotel design is pretty cool too“

„When we got to the hotel they said they don't participate with Hotels.com and refused to accept our voucher even after we showed them both hard copy and email versions of the voucher. No one actually spoke any English so we had to use translation programs on our phones to communicate. We paid to stay there anyway. „Guter Ort zum übernachten“

„Such a brilliant hotel, with stellar rooms, great food, super friendly staff and a good location. It's close to the airport obviously but downtown is about 15 mins away. Good value too.“

„This hotel is one of the peaks of Almaty, with huge rooms and equally huge comfortable beds and spare linen. The ac was nice and quiet while you sat on quality furniture Access to the floor was via a lift from the 24/7 reception area“
