First, the location is awesome. It's right next to Driftwood Beach, and Driftwood Bistro.
However, the condo and the furniture is seriously dated and needs attention. The couch and loveseat were scratchy and uncomfortable, the chairs at the desk and dining room table were grimy, the outlets need replacing, because plugs kept falling out, and there were some small holes in the walls and doors that need patching. The refrigerator handle was also grimy, and the oven does not heat to temperature.
The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. A king sized bed could fit if it weren't for the unnecessarily big side tables. The bathroom sink faucet in the master bedroom was corroded. The bathtub faucet was very loose as well.
