„The property was nice but there were a few things missing. The listing mentioned pool floaties and games (there were only two games, darts and ring toss) and there were no floaties. The pool was super dirty upon arrival but a pool cleaner did come out the next day. The host did not send us our door code for check in so we had to go back and forth and call customer support. „The house was amazing and we had the best time. The only complaint was not being able to use the pool because it wasn’t heated. That being said it was winter so I guess understandable. I will say that my contact person went above and beyond in helping find a watch that was left behind. „For families in the area, it was quite an oasis, with lots of interesting nooks and things to do. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It fit our party of 10 well. The host was exceptionally communicative and supportive. The only thing that gives pause is the neighborhood— it seems to be going through a positive transition but it’s not quite there yet. This was the nicest place on the block. With that said, this house in Summerlin would easily be 2-3x per night. Would recommend and do again. “
