„Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. Norbu also helped us get the visitor permit from the local DM’s office which helped us move forward with our trip. „I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. The amenities of the hotel made my stay comfortable. The location is convenient (2 mins walk to the main market). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a trip to Leh.“
