„Amazing Hosts. Wonderful place. We loved our visit and will have a long memory of Laddakh in our lives because of great hotel staff. Don't forget to ask for Dorjee driver for your taxi travel. One of the best driver I have every driven with (and you will need it because of rough terrain). I could trust him with my family in car on treacherous Himalayan roads and a whole bunch of aggressive drivers around.“

„オーナーと2人の若い青年で切り盛りしてます。ホテルには朝到着したのですが、アーリーチェックインに対応していただき、朝ごはんまで用意していただきました！設備・備品は足りないですが、何でも対応しようとしてくれるサービス精神と比較的きれいな内装に私は満足できました。（注意点）①空港までの無料送迎サービスはなかったです。500ルピーのタクシーは呼んでくれますが。②備品・アメニティは本当に石鹸だけなので、バスタオルや歯ブラシ、ティッシュなどは持参しましょう。③部屋に空調はありません。6月でも夜は冷えるので日が出ているうちにシャワーは済ませた方が良いです。④変換プラグは必要ありません。日本のコンセントもちゃんと使えます。 They served breakfast before check in! „The food was fantastic. Zagmo and the kitchen staff turned out excellent food. The India food was much better than any Indian Restaurant we know on Vancouver Island, and the kitchen staff was able to make excellent Western style breakfasts when we wanted them. All of the staff were great, from the front desk to the porters. Even if I were to stay in a less expensive hotel in Hunder, I would definitely come to this hotel just for the meals!“

„I really enjoyed both my stays at The Pal. It's a very nice property, well-kept, a convenient short walk from the main market. The stroll down the street never got old. The room was tidy. The shower was plenty refreshing after an 8-day trek. Breakfast was good. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time at The Pal and look forward to staying again next time I visit wonderful Leh. “
