„Great stay“

„I will book again. The staff was wonderful and eager to assist. The room was spacious accommodating. You're fully responsible for your own meals but the water park makes up for it all. The lodge has activites planned out all day with a wonderful app to help guide you. I was surprised when I arrived and there was a $20 daily parking fee, I didn't see that anywhere on the website. But my trip was great,“

„Parking and check in was easy. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was impeccably clean. All of the linens were white. Everything seemed to be wiped down smelled fresh and the air conditioning was great. I’m actually shocked that I paid the price I did. I would’ve thought that a room like that would’ve went for more. I definitely will come back if I’m in the area!“

„Overall a good hotel with many facilities and activities to choose from close by. Suggestions to improve: please add some freshly cooked meals to the breakfast containing mainly instant ones. Some scrambled eggs or even just ham/cheese and fresh tomatoes would be great. “

„There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. Must be coming in through the vents. Had to ask for WiFi and was given a code, and checkout was ...

„Love the rooms and the property grounds. Everything is clean however the indoor pool, which was the main reason for staying here was a huge disappointment full of unruly kids, not being watched by their parents. Honestly, I think some of them were sneaking in to use the facilities and not actually staying there, I do think management should find a way to oversee the indoor pool that way it’s enjoyable for everybody. “

„The breakfast was ok. Eggs, bacon,sausage sometimes biscuits. No potatoes or grits. Cereals, muffins and bread for toast. Juice, coffee and yogurt. The coffee was very weak to the point that I could taste the cream over the coffee even after a staff member changed it. Otherwise it was ok.“
