„Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en el Grand Azul Ixtapa.
Mi experiencia en general fue realmente buena, leí varias opiniones antes de elegir el hospedaje y aunque no tenía tan altas expectativas, mi estancia resultó ideal en todos los sentidos, desde la amabilidad y eficiencia del staff, hasta la limpieza de las habitaciones, las actividades y la comida.
Quiero reconocer que el personal de todas las áreas fue muy amable siempre y con una actitud de servicio excelente. La comida, de igual forma, ...
„Definitivamente NO volvería a hospedarme allí... Tuvieron los platos de servicio a la habitación en el pasillo por 3 días, a pesar de que se los reporté no fueron a recogerlos. El WiFi nunca sirvió en la habitación que nos asignaron e igualmente hicieron caso omiso al reporte.
En la última noche de mi estancia salió una cucaracha por debajo de la cama lo cual indica que no fumigan bien y claro no hay una limpieza adecuada.
Tampoco recomiendo la comida del restaurante, no es buena, más vale ...
„Unfreundlicher und umständlicher Check-in. Extrem laute Animation beim Pool und in der Lobby. Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Zimmer war sehr gross und schön. Qualität der Speisen und Auswahl des Buffets eher mittelmässig. Personal im Restaurant war freundlich. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier aber sicher fehl am Platz“
„We spent 5 wonderful nights at the Azul Ixtapa, the pool area for kids is ine of the nicest we've had. One of the strongest points of this resort is the super friendly and helpful staff. If you travel with kids, and can, book a Junior Suite. You'll have lots of space, and a beautiful view.
They just provide water in the room, it would be really nice if they could put some drinks in the fridge.“

„This is an outstanding facility in a secluded location. The design of the hotel is giving you the feeling of being in a dream. The personnel is extremely service oriented. Yet very professional, and keep a healthy distance to the clients. The pools are beautiful. Unfortunately, -although we did not move out for a second out of the hotel over the 5 days we spent in Ixtapa - my partner and I got very sick on the last day, and worse on the way back to Europe.
