„It’s the middle of summer and no fan is provided. I asked and they never responded. They saw my message on WA but chose to ignore me. Then when I called because their lock box was broken they answered the phone straight away. This property is LOUD. Friday night people walking by talking loudly and the adjacent busy road is also very loud. The stairs are STEEP. Not great for young children but we made it work. „Not worth what they charge for the fact that all the information regarding the property is not on the add (unnamed rd which is VERY BAD to drive down) we had pushchair and wheelchair and was unable to walk out anywhere. Driveway was also a problem if I don't want to damage the front of your car .Also cutlery was dirty .nan couldn't use shower as step was too high .hot tub chemicals were not checked either during our stay. Beds were clean. “
