„Hidden gem is just that a hidden gem, it's location is easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, pub, the beach and much more. It's quiet enough with maybe a little noise from passing traffic, it's compact but comes with enough space for what you need and I couldn't have asked for a better host, communication was brilliant and she was happy to help with any issues I may have had. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near the seaside.“

„We gas the first morning had till 11 am to have a hot drink. When hot water is on the boiler is very noisy. The bathroom was too narrow and the towel hooks stcking out did not help. The oven did not smell right when lit and we did not use it. “

„Looking good at first sight it was a bit disappointing. No breakfast, no interest in giving us a good experience. Lacks maintainance, cleaning and clearing which is a shame as it looks cute and has proven to be a good starting point for our trip to Wales. “

„Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. “

„Visited Whitstable for my 60th birthday present. Also to run the half marathon there. Apartment in lovely central location. Plenty of space within the apartment. Bedrooms are at the back which is quiet with just an access lane. Bed linen was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of storage. Sofas comfy and a good sized tv with all the usual channels. Kitchen well equipped. Another reviewer mentioned about having to take their rubbish with them, this isn’t correct, there’s a black bin with the flat ...

„Lovely cottage in a nice village. Great starting place for day trips to London and Canterbury. Supplies and home baked bread were waiting for us - really nice touch. All in all a great stay and I would recommend a visit. 5*****“

"Kleines Fenster, dass ich nur den Spalt öffnen lässt, damit wenig Möglichkeit für Frischluft. Keine Lüftung im Badezimmer. Im Poolbereich viel Renovierungsbedarf bei den Schließfächern. Mehr als die Hälfte der Schließfächer waren kaputt und ließen sich nicht absperren. Restaurant und Barbereich sehr gut. Zimmer ausreichend gross. "

"A small, cozy hotel with a lake, although you couldn't swim in it. Despite the highway, the hotel was quiet. With the window closed you couldn't hear anything, with the window open only noise (lake side). The building and the furnishings were a bit older, which was also partly visible. But it didn't look run-down. A renovation would do the hotel some good. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness left something to be desired in some places. I never felt unsafe there, there was plenty of parking and the food was also good."
