Oceanfront 7 Bedroom BEACH HOUSE

Unser STRANDHAUS am 806 Ocean Boulevard liegt direkt am Meer. Sie können die Wellen von den vorderen Räumen hören. Wir haben gerade die Innen- und Außenlackierung abgeschlossen. Das tolle Zimmer und die Schlafzimmer wurden neu eingerichtet. Dies ist ein Strandhaus für große Familien. Der große Raum hat zwei Ebenen mit Fenstern oben, um Ihnen ein STRAND-Gefühl zu geben, auch wenn Sie drinnen sind. Das Haus ist sehr offen mit viel Licht. Es gibt viel Platz, damit auch große Gruppen zusammen sein können, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, überfüllt zu sein.
Die Lage ist ideal. Sie sind 2 Blocks von einfachen Strand zu Fuß zu Essen, Getränken, Eis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Videospielen. Sie sind jedoch weit genug von öffentlichen Parkplätzen entfernt, sodass der Strand vor dem Haus nur für Hausbewohner und nicht für Tagestouristen zugänglich ist. Es ist nie überfüllt.


Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Ozean und eine Königin im gegenüberliegenden Schlafzimmer am Meer. Es gibt eine Königin in der Straße Schlafzimmer mit einem Badezimmer zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer auf jeder Seite mit einem verbundenen Loft und Bädern zwischen den Schlafzimmern auf jeder Seite. Am Meer gibt es auf der einen Seite einen König und auf der anderen Seite einen König mit zwei Tagesbetten für Kinder. Auf der Straßenseite gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten und ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten und einem zusätzlichen Einzelbett. Es gibt ein Ausziehsofa im Verbindungsloft.

Das Unterdeck ist vor Sonne und Regen geschützt. Dieses Deck verfügt über zwei Sets mit Tisch und Stühlen zum Essen oder für Cocktails im Freien. Es gibt zwei offene Plattformen weg von den Ozeanfrontschlafzimmern oben für das private Sonnenbad.

Denken Sie daran, in der Nebensaison (Januar, Februar, März) können Sie diese Unterkunft für 950 USD pro Nacht mieten und den Ozean genießen! Ihre Partei muss nicht jedes Schlafzimmer füllen, um diese Eigenschaft zu genießen! Denken Sie 3 Schlafzimmer statt 7 und es ist ein Schnäppchen im Vergleich zum Aufenthalt in der Innenstadt! Girls Weekend

The most INCREDIBLE stay! Just what my friends and I needed. Right on the beach, clean, bright, and just down the block from the nightlife. Cannot recommend this place enough! The perfect house

My fiancée and I had some friends stay with us here. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and then some. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and bars if that’s something you are interested in. The home owner was very responsive and was very helpful making accommodations for us when needed. The only thing about the house was that we preplanned where everyone was going to be sleeping but one of the rooms that had two bunk beds in the listing were broken down into two bedrooms with three beds. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Our family has several aunts/uncles turning 60 and several cousins turning 30 this year, so a group did the bridge in celebration of all the “big” birthdays. This house is great for a large family gathering! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and the view of the ocean is amazing! It’s well equipped for any of your needs and the location is perfect! I highly recommend it !

Great house

We had 13 adults and 3 children. The layout of this house was perfect. Plenty of communal area to not feel crowded. It has a great view of the beach and was just steps away. Plenty of parking also. I was a little hesitant to rent after reading some of the earlier reviews but so glad I went ahead and booked. We all thought this was the best house we have stayed at. I will be honest, there were some issues that need to be addressed such as electrical lights but this wasn't really an issue for us. It is not the most luxurious but you can tell they have made updates and it is very nice. Yes, the outside is a little run down but who cares as long as there are no safety issues. Unless you are super picky and hard to please, you will like this house. You can also walk to some restaurants and ice cream shop.

Definitely a good location!!! Beach, walking distance to restaurants & bars. House is no frills. Could use a good coat of paint, upgrade garbage disposal, new grill is needed as lighter doesn’t work & maybe a couch that is comfortable to sit on.

A little TLC

We really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the house was roomy & comfortable for our large family. Had all the amenities that we needed. It’s a bit older house, so wear & tear is expected & acceptable. Inside was great. The outside of the house could use some attention. The grounds were somewhat grown up. A little pressure washing would make a huge difference. Overall, we would pick this house again. Beach access was wonderful. Thank you for helping us make more family memories.

The location is fabulous - the house needs numerous repairs. Of the 4 lightbulbs in the living room fan - only 1 was present. 2 of 4 bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out, the rails on the deck loose, rust was running from the window frames, holes in the wall where hooks use to be (they were laying in the room), doors don't close, bedroom carpets need cleaned, outdoor shower has 'mushy' boards, stair rails were not attached, etc. The outdoor approach was full of weeds, and the pillars are rotting. This is not worth the fees we were charged. The instructions to get into the house are not accurate. An attempt to reach the property manager resulted in an 'error page' so there was no way to reach them. To top it off, we lost a diamond ring in the house. Please advise if it's found in the cleaning process.

Charleston Family Getaway

The house location was ideal and we loved being right on the beach. It accommodated our large family well. It was nice having a basket of beach towels which we used frequently. We loved the setup upstairs. It gave our adult children and their families their own space and bathrooms. The seating in the common area worked well. As for any concerns, the mattress/box spring in the master bedroom was broken resulting in the side of the mattress closest to the bathroom sloping downward. It would have been nice to have had dish towels to clean up the kitchen and a larger supply of dishwasher and hand soap. We did try to reach out to Gus about this but did not receive a reply during our stay. The interior looked to be recently renovated and was very comfortable. The outside needs some maintenance but this did not affect our stay. Overall we had a great experience.

The property was not as described.

The description of the property states: “We have just finished repainting inside and out. The great room and bedrooms have been redecorated.” However, the paint was peeling off of the steps and porch and there was a rusty nail protruding on one of the steps. The steps were also mildewed. The door sill was falling apart, there was a crack in the bottom of the door and the door itself was badly in need of painting on the outside. On the inside, the area around the door knob was black with grime. I personally scrubbed it down, as well as cleaned the hand rail leading upstairs. It was filthy. The walls were scraped and dirty. They did not look as though they had been painted recently or even in the last year. The furniture was beat up and not clean. Some of the chairs were cracked and compromised. The carpets were stained and the wooden floors were scraped, scarred and filthy. There is no way this house could be described as “decorated.” The furniture was mismatched and beat up. The location is fantastic and if the house is ever renovated, it would be a great place.

Older house and grounds in need of some paint and updating however bathrooms were recently updated. Plenty of room for the 20 of us and our active group. Reported to owner that maid cleaning service was poor so hopefully he will address that. Several had complaints about the mattresses but overall about 4 stars.

The location of this house is great! The bathrooms were beautiful (especially the master bath)! There was plenty of room for all of us. I think the house needs some TLC and definitely needs to have a garbage disposal installed in the kitchen sink. But other than some visual and a few mechanical issues ( doors hard to open and close) the house was great!!

1st Time Beach Vacation - 50th Anniversary

Husband and I picked a week a year in advance to gather 4 adult children, spouses, and 4 grandchildren to begin celebrating our fiftieth. We came from all over the country. Keyless deadbolt made check-in and -out and comings and goings easy. Locks on Oceanside doors were more difficult because of weathering, but not a problem. Whole house was very clean, linens and bedding fresh, seemed new. Bathrooms had obviously been recently updated and were wonderful. Kitchen had enough equipment to cook for and feed an army! Appliances all were modern SS and worked very well - older fridge in laundry room off kitchen perfect for beer /beverages. Lots of seating inside and out. Beach access was direct and easy with shallow water for kids and deeper areas for those who wished to try surfing. Long walks along beach were very relaxing - no crowds. Great restaurants within an easy walk for meals, so we only cooked one dinner for all of us, using the gas grill in addition to the stove and oven (daughter baked specialty brownies from scratch). Though we only used one TV, there were three available. No issues with WiFi or reception. No complaints from anyone in family. Washer and dryer were rather noisy but worked well. Cleaning supplies were minimal but sufficient. We’d suggest clearer instructions on separating and putting out trash and recyclables. A mat at deck door to wipe sand and wet feet would have saved a beach towel. Overall the house was perfect for our vacation - we’d do it again without hesitation!
