This charming, completely renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is a new rental. The home features creek and intracoastal water views and is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach! There is a completely fenced in backyard for your pup and has very large saltwater pool for swimming! The pool can be heated seasonally dependent on air temperature which normally is from mid March - mid November. The professionally decorated home is ideal for entertaining with an open concept layout, large screened-in porch and has a layout ideal for those that love to be both in and outside to enjoy the lifestyle and beauty that is Isle of Palms. The spacious screened in porch has ample area to eat, watch TV and family in the spacious backyard.

The well-equipped kitchen features Thermador appliances including a large fridge and dual ovens. There is both a drip and keurig coffee maker. The dining room has a table that seats 6 and is located right off the kitchen.

An elevator services the ground floor and first floor of the home where one of the two master bedrooms is located. All four bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms upstairs both lead out to the patio balcony which has seating for relaxation to read a book, enjoy a cup of coffee or watch the sunset from the area overlooking the intracoastal.

PLEASE CONFIRM WITH MANAGEMENT IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN YOUR PARTY, ANY GUESTS THAT ARE UNABLE TO SWIM OR ANY SAFETY CONCERNS WITH ACCESS TO A POOL. Please let us know if you would like pool cover closed prior to your arrival/ if you are traveling with children. We suggest having pool cover closed if traveling with children or have concerns with anyone in your party accessing the pool.

Parking: There is parking in driveway and under home. MAXIMUM OF 3 VEHICLES PERMITTED. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS! There is not an enclosed garage.

Pets: $250 dollar non-refundable pet fee. 2 dogs allowed per stay with host permission.

Beach chairs, umbrellas for beach, paddle boards and kayaks can be rented. None are provided with the rental.

Local companies rent golf carts which we suggest for fun island transportation as well!

Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
