On the ground level, guests can unwind in the casual recreation space complete with a ping pong table and TV—perfect for a little friendly competition after a day at the beach.

A Few Things to Know:

The private boardwalk takes you about ¾ of the way to the beach—the last stretch is a short sandy path.
Please don’t park on either side of the house (there are septic tanks) or on Palm Blvd, as IOP police do ticket. Parking is available behind the half brick wall.

What’s Included:

**Bed linens, bath towels, and a starter set of toiletries (one towel set per guest)
**Starter supplies include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, 1–2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, and **travel-size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap

**Please note: Beach towels and beach chairs aren’t provided, but they’re easy to rent locally.
