„Absolutely LOVED this place - I’ve been to Sayulita 5 times and this might be my favorite. Perfect location, awesome pool, and loved the room. The one & only thing that was not good —shower had ZERO water pressure…at least it was hot water though I guess 😉“

„Highly recommend Hacienda de Mita PH2-2 Fabulous beachfront location with incredible views. Beautiful large condo and very well equipped. It also is so convenient to the little town of Punta de Mita. The highlight of this rental is the housekeeper/cook Eli! The breakfast and lunches were amazing. Thanks for taking such good care of us. Looking forward to revisiting again soon. “

„We had a great time staying at Hacienta de Mita. This was our third time in that community and this specific unit was our favorite. We loved the sunrises and seeing surfers on the beach each day. Close walk to town was also a huge plus for younger kiddos.“

„This 3rd floor unit has a direct view over beautifully manicured grounds, the pools and onto the ocean. This was end of April and the pool was warm and comfortable to exercise in. Great terrace, where we spent each morning and evening reading and enjoying the birdsong. The property managers answered questions quickly prior to our arrival. The only negative feedback I have is that the dresser drawers in the primary bedroom smelled of mildew, so much so that we needed to store our clothing in ...

„The condo was very nice, exactly as advertised and very well equipped. Great location in a first class development. This is definitely a place we would go back to. Laura the host was very accommodating with all requests. We had a flight cancelled last minute and Laura was very helpful with the changes we needed to make very quickly.“

„The location of the property was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The section of the beach was nicer than any other area of beach as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including extra supplies which was greatly appreciated. Filtered water was also and extra added bonus. Loved the place and will stay here again! “

„This is s very nice property with an exceptional ocean front view. We were able to whale watch every day. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need to prepare meals in the condo. The bed was really comfortable. Wifi was really good and we had no connection problems at all while in the unit. You will need to get the resort password if you want access poolside. Disappointing experience

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "

A class of its own

"Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot."
