Der Butlerservice ist fantastisch! Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und pampering. Wir hatten einen Latecheckout um 17:00 Uhr mit jeder Annehmlichkeit, im Gegensatz zum Mousai, wo wir Punkt 11:00 Uhr telefonisch herausgeworfen ...

Their buffet has suffered since the last time I was there I give it a 3 out of 5. But their staff at their buffet were really friendly.
