„Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!“

„Howarth House really is the hidden gem on the Fylde Coast. Our room was cozy, spotlessly clean and very peaceful. The members of the team at this guest house are extremely friendly and put much love into everything they do. You will not find a better breakfast anywhere in the UK! I can highly recommend this delightful place.“

„Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.“

„We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will ...

„I enjoyed my stay clean very nice place“

„Massive room but soul-less, no pictures, no toiletries and very ready for a refurbishment. The pool has missing tiles and towels had to be hired. Location is brilliant for exploring. Would we stay there again - no. It's expensive for the level of service offered and it's outdated rooms“

„Shabby room disorganised staff terrible breakfast Schäbige Zimmer unorganisiert Personal schreckliches Frühstück“

„Sehr nettes, hilfbereites Personal.

„Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast , good location. I enjoyed my stay here !“

„Absolutely lovely apartment. Felt more like a bungalow. Big airy rooms, well equipped kitchen and a lovely outside space . Would definitely recommend xxx“

„Tolles kleines Hotel mit praktischer Lage zum Pleasure Beach. Liebevolle Gastgeber und sehr saubere, gemütliche Zimmer. Achtung bei hohen Temperaturen, es wird schnell sehr warm. Man kann nicht wirklich lüften, es gibt keine Ventilatoren und auch keine Klimaanlage.“

„Excellent opinion for a family stay. Delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. Highly recommended“

„Nice hotel, dated but functional and clean. It is in a good location near the pleasure beach and shops, cafes etc. great breakfast cafe on the same street. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Excellent value for the room rate.“
