„We really enjoyed this smartly appointed condo, a block from the beach. Accommodations were comfortable and complete. Nice complete kitchen, the best bed ever and we loved the big thick bath towels. The condo grounds are beautifully kept. Carpinteria is a quaint yet hopping little town, great eatery selections, farmers market and shopping all within walking distance. Our hosts were most informative. We loved this place!“

The location is ideal and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our only minor issue was some noise from an energetic child in the unit above, running back and forth throughout the day. Aside from that, everything was perfect!“

„The condo is in an ideal location. Having a parking space in a gated lot was fabulous. The king bed was comfortable. The twin was not comfortable. Things it needs, in my opinion: beach towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, a shower rug, dishwasher detergent. The property manager was very nice and responded in a timely manner. The check in process could be improved with instructions to park first, get the gate opener from your condo and then park in the gated area. Check out required ...
