Das Apartment ist sehr hochwertig und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet - alles ist bis in die Details stilvoll und in tip-top Zustand. Die Aussicht auf die Hügel oberhalb von Santa Barbara ist einfach nur ein Genuss - es sieht tatsächlich der Toskana ähnlich. Mindy und ihr Mann waren supernette Gastgeber - z.B. als wir ankamen und schon echt müde waren, hat ihre ganze Familie beim reintragen unseres Gepäcks geholfen. Wir ...

„We had a wonderful stay at Pam and Mike’s charming casita! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt fresh and newly renovated. Perfectly sized and comfortable for two, it made for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal—just minutes from Santa Ynez wineries, Cold Spring Tavern, and only a quick 15-minute drive up the hill from Santa Barbara. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!“

„This studio looked just like the pictures. The bed was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. I was able to unpack my clothes into the dresser to make my stay more comfortable. The bathroom had more than enough room. Overall my stay was great and I’d book here again. The host was very kind and communicative. “

„Communication was excellent! The house was very clean, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Like others have said the bathroom is small, and it is an interesting layout where you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to main areas from the back bedroom.Beds were comfortable but the sofa sleeper mattress is a bit thin. Although it’s close to a gas station the home was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful. We hope to stay here again. “

„Ideal appartment for vacation in Santa Barbara. Short distance to the beach and only short but very nice walk under the palm trees to the board walk. Car parking in the neighborhood without problems. We enjoyed it very much and would certainly come back.“

„So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! “

„We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon! “

"Zimmer groß und sauber, es ist eher ein Motel als Hotel, der Pool ist der beste, er ist groß und das Ambiente ist fantastisch! Frühstücks Auswahl war ausreichend! Personal Mega nett und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen definitiv wieder"

"Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit, hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch der tolle Außenbereich mit Teich und Pool ist sehr schön. Ein ganz ganz ganz besonderes Lob möchte ich der Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet geben. Es ist Wahnsinn wie sie das alleine im Griff hat, sie ist wirklich ein sehr herzlicher Mensch, unglaublich fleißig und macht das Frühstück zu einem sehr positiven Erlebnis. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass es Tische im Außenbereich gibt. Das war toll. Ein in n out Burger ist übrigens fußläufig erreichbar, das hat die Abende nett gemacht."

"Wir waren eine Nacht, zu viert als Familie unterwegs und hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queen Betten. wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer im Beach-Look, alles perfekt sauber, nettes Personal, alles einwandfrei gepflegt. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand und der beeindruckenden Promenade. Sehr empfehlenswert "

"Betten bequem, alles sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Fahrräder 7 Gang frei für eine kleine Tour, Frühstück ok mit gutem Kaffee und leckerem OSaft, beides keine Plörre. Reicht für den Start. Aber sauteuer am Wochenende 450€ die Nacht… aber so ist es halt… ansonsten alles Topp!"
