"Perfect view from 13th floor"

"Beautiful location with a clean beach, spacious rooms, and mostly very friendly staff. The hotel itself is impressive and well maintained. However, two things were disappointing: An additional 10% service charge is added on top of the already high room rates. All four restaurants require reservations, and the system feels unnecessarily strict – often told “fully booked” while many tables stay empty. Since there are no alternatives nearby, this becomes frustrating. Overall: A very good stay in a stunning setting, but at this price level, the extra charges and rigid restaurant policy should be improved."

"Modern and nice hotel with a lot of space for sitting for having breakfast. The choice of cheese / ham could be more varity. More choice and less of each. The stuff is really good and especially in the reception super friendly and lovely."

"We booked this hotel for two days, the food was good but there were bed bugs in the bed. After checking out my girlfriend and I were full of red spots, we tried to call the hotel and explain the receptionist said we can do nothing but we can recommend you to go to the doctor, I mean for 350$ a night what’s that for service. "
