„Property was amazing. Good food, excellent hospitality given by all staff; bellboys, frontdesk, maintenance crew & housekeeping. The nightly shows were awesome and very entertaining. Drinks were well prepared everything from a lemondrop to a mojito to a blue long island. The Grill was a great choice, Oregano was great as well. Pools were a great temperature, beach was clean a beautiful. Sadly NO HAMMOCKS but I’m sure eventually they’ll add them. Perfect getaway for couples of all ages.“

„Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Beloved (2019 und jetzt 2026). Normalerweise gehen wir nicht zweimal in dasselbe Hotel, weil wir die Erfahrung gemacht haben, dass das zweite Mal die hohen Erwartungen nicht erneut erfüllt. Hier wurden wir eines Besseren belehrt. Die Anlage ist so wunderschön und top in Schuss, wie vor 6 Jahren. Dasselbe gilt für das gastfreundliche und herzliche Personal! Einfach toll.“

„The Resort is rather new and big located approximately 20 minutes drive outside the city of Cancun. Everything is made for US tourists, prices in US Doller, staff speaking English to you, food and design of the restaurants typically “Mexican Food Alike“. Prices are US prices too, 50 USD for breakfast buffet per person. A strange experience in Mexico but might be what most US tourists are asking for? We have continued our journey to Oaxaca and are now enjoying authentic food and people. “
