„This was a last minute late night stop on our way to the Algarves. It was a bit hard to find but ended up being our favorite stop in Portugal over the past 2 weeks. The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. The shower is fantastic. The breakfast is simply outstanding. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property and the pool. „3rd visit to this lovely location, with the Hotel perched on the top of a hill overlooking spectacular views of rice fields. This is a very old building with a lovely history which is so evident everywhere on its grounds, in and outside of the building. The rooms are of a good size and the beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is a priority as is staff friendliness. Overall, the experience is so positive and is a great get away or a stop on your journey through Portugal, at a very fair price.“

„The accommodation is beautifully furnished, and the heated pool is definitely a highlight — though unfortunately, the water could be a bit cleaner. The surrounding area is mainly fields and a somewhat untidy farm, so it’s worth checking Google Maps before booking to see if it’s the right fit for you. There are quite a few insects, some of which also find their way into the house — something that’s probably hard to avoid in this setting.
