„The Management was totally unorganized! There was a Problem wit a Payment from the Minibar! One Hand, didn't knew what the other Hand was doing! The Lady at the Reception made a Mistake with the Bill and in the End the Management wanted the Personell to pay the missing Amount! What a Shame! We payed the Amount, but they couldnt find the Payment...“

„It was off season so quiet but you can imagine the staff were always helpful and attentive. Our room staff were very kind. The spa staff were excellent too, yoga and treatments. Manohar in the cocktail bar was absolutely charming. “
