Some of the tables were loose and wobbly. Fortunately, I had a wrench set on me and was able to tighten them up. Also had one of the outside stairs break off and I almost fell down. Freak incident, I hope.“

Close to good dining, coffee, etc. As advertised with one exceptions which is why I gave it a “4”: 4 steps without an handrail into back/side entry door when listing said 2. Six steps into front door from street parking when listing said 2. “
