Public Transportation, Uber, Lyft, and Pacers Bike Share are highlighted in our Welcome book. We are within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions including the Harrison Art Center.



Minutes away from Downtown Indy (Lucas Oil Stadium, Banker's Life Fieldhouse, the Convention Center, Circle Centre Mall, and more).



A 5-minute drive from Riley Hospital, IU Health University Hospital, Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital, Kindred Care Hospital, IU School of Medicine, and IUPUI main campus.



Other Things to Note:

Quiet hours are strictly 10 PM - 7 AM daily. Noise sensors will alarm if you exceed an acceptable noise level. After two warnings from property management, you will receive a $250 fine.



Pets are not permitted in the rental unless permission was granted prior to the visit. Please get in touch with the host for special arrangements. You will receive a $500 fine if pets are found without approval.



No smoking or vaping of any materials in the rental, balcony, or any on-site facilities. - $500 fine
