„Collyn was responsive to my questions before and after booking. The house is great -- even nicer than the photos -- and worked perfectly for us. More space than we really needed (just my husband and me, so we only used one bedroom), but we brought our dog, so the large fenced yard (also accessible from the sliding door in the bedroom) was fabulous. We had events to attend in downtown Carmel, and it was an easy 10 minute drive. Nice touches like leaving snacks and bottled water. I hope to rent ...

„Make sure to check every part of the house and that everything works. A garbage disposal that worked when I was there “broke” after we checked out and they charged for a repair. The original code provided to me didn’t work. There were pictures of an in home movie theater. When we got there it was just three holes in the dry wall. The couch in the picture wasn’t there either. That part of the basement was AI generated. They also had weird parking rules because of the house built next door.“
