„We had a wonderful time!!! Our room wasn't ready because the front door had not been put back on since the remodel and our family had a good laugh about it! I showed the hotel manager the problem and he quickly got us into another room! What a great staff!!! Breakfast was great! Thank you Manny and staff for everthing!! “

„Sloppy check-in followed by the worst room I have seen in a long time. The wallpaper came off the wall in the bathroom (see pictures) and at 4 am the towel bar collapsed and fell down on the toilet. For a while I thought this is a bad candid camera episode but there was no camera to wave to...“
