„This guest house is conveniently located on the north side of Indianapolis. I enjoyed being close to so many shops and restaurants. The house was just what I needed for myself, but it would be great for a couple too. The complimentary snacks and coffee were such a thoughtful touch. „With no hotels in walking distance of Butler University, this was the perfect option for us! Paul was extremely easy to communicate with and the entire visit was flawless. I’ve stayed in many rental properties, and this one was the cleanest property I have stayed in. Paul thought of everything for a comfortable stay…all the way down to 2 umbrellas, which we needed for our Butler tour. We look forward to futures stays as our daughter will begin college here in the fall!! Just awesome!!“
