„Bathtub/shower in our 2 rooms, did not have slip strips in showers. Everybody had slipping issues. Very dangerous.“

I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality. Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner. The mattresses however, left something to be desired.“

The room I stayed in had two Queen beds, a small table, Desk and Chair that incorporated a small Refrigerator and Microwave that allowed a Large Screen TV to sit on top. That's was it. All the lights were built into the ceiling with the exception a massive led lit Mirror behind the sink. No closet space to hang clothes or luggage stand. „From the moment we pulled up we had great service. We were greeted by the very nice valets and then check in was easy. The front desk associates were very welcoming and kind. Our room was small (booked cheapest room) but very clean and modern. We loved the shower, great showerhead & pressure. Location is great, 2-8 blocks from all downtown attractions. Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable for us. It was a little too hard and lumpy for our liking. We did not use the bar or canteen ...

„Es ist halt wirklich nur ein Hotel für eine Nacht. Der Check- In hat ziemlich lange gedauert, was mich immer wieder wundert wenn man das Zimmer schon reserviert hat. Ich denke die Amis können die internationalen Pässe nicht lesen. Das Klientel das wir gesehen haben passt zu diesem Hotel. Die >Zimmer sind nichts besonderes und im Flur hat es wirklich nicht gut gerochen. Die Zimmer sind schon groß aber nichts besonderes.“
