We have thought of everything you could need for a great stay in Indianapolis. From beautiful decor to plush mattresses, you will be staying in comfort while visiting our great city. Please note that you will be staying in one-half of the duplex. Although completely private, you are sharing a wall with another unit.

The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials including basic cooking oils and spices. Our bathrooms have towels for each guest and some other essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up remover towels. All bedrooms are located upstairs along with one full bathroom. There's also a half bathroom on the first floor.

While we're child friendly, we are not child-proofed. We do provide a baby gate for the stairs and have a pack-n-play in the unit.

We have a No Smoking/Vaping and No Parties policy. We are pet friendly for approved pets that are well-behaved and house broken. We charge a one time fee of $100 for the first pet and $50 for each additional approved pet. We charge a $200 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are disregarded.

You are renting the right unit of a duplex. It's completely private and only accessible to your party. Upon booking, we'll provide you with a unique access code that works on the front and side doors. There's free street parking out front. Enjoy the grassy park across the street! Please do not park on the grass.

We give you complete privacy during your stay to fully enjoy your time. However, we love hosting guests in our city! We’re happy to provide recommendations and get you acquainted with the area.

Conveniently located neighborhood with easy access to downtown, the Children's Museum, and Broad Ripple. Command Coffee and Goose the Market are just around the corner. Highly recommend Cityoga, Provider Coffee, and Mashcraft Brewing also!

We're also located a few blocks from the Monon Trail which provides a direct path to Provider, The Garage, Bottleworks, and Circle City Industrial Plex. There's also a beautiful forested path, Fall Creek Trail, one block north which runs along Fall Creek.

You'll find a mixture of vibrantly painted historical and new build homes in the area. Our house is located across the street from a green space perfect for sunbathing or playing with your dog. It also makes for great scenery when sitting on the covered front porch.

There's plenty of free street parking. We do NOT have designated parking spots on site. Please do not park on the grass.
