Eine schöne preisgekrönte Bungalow in der Broad Ripple

Meine charmante Haus wurde für die 2012 Historische Wohnstätte Tour ausgewählt! Es wurde auch in einem zweiseitigen Ausbreitung in der Indy Stern gekennzeichnet! Sie werden meinen Platz lieben, wie es ein Original Bungalow / Hütte ist die Broad Ripple bekannt ist. Es wurde vor Beginn des Zweiten Weltkriegs abgeschlossen und behält noch viele seiner schönen und ursprünglichen Eigenschaften. Wenn Sie mir zu Hause nähern, werden Sie den Schatz im Cottage-Stil zu Hause von reifen Landschaft und gemütliche Veranda mit einem weißen Lattenzaun umgeben eingeschlossen zu sehen.

Wenn Sie eingeben, werden Sie von der ursprünglichen Indiana Kalkstein Kamin, original Harthölzer begrüßt werden, repurposed original Küchenschränke, süß Esszimmer, Bad mit seiner ursprünglichen Fliesen und zwei große Größe Schlafzimmer ist. Ich habe versucht, die Integrität der ursprünglichen Heimat aufrecht zu erhalten; nur das Hinzufügen meines künstlerischen Touch!

Ich mag meine unten ein eigenes Bett und Frühstück zu nennen! Dies ist ein seltener Schatz in Broad Ripple! Der Eingang zum Raum befindet sich direkt an der Küche. Wie Sie zu Fuß die Treppe hinunter, werden Sie mit einem geräumigen Familienzimmer komplett mit einem Kamin und einem speziell angefertigten Bar gemacht von Ihnen wirklich getröstet. Das große Schlafzimmer hat neue Teppich, eine schöne handgemachte hölzerne Wand und Smart-TV. Das WC und Waschraum sind für Ihre Bequemlichkeit verbunden. Hier finden Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von einem Mini-Kühlschrank, eine Bar Spüle, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine benötigen.

Mein Lieblingsteil meiner Heimat nenne ich "The Sanctuary". Sie werden die ultimative Outdoor-Hof Erlebnis direkt in meinem privaten Hinterhof finden. Es geht um Entspannung und Schönheit, gepflegt mit wunderschönen und bunten Landschaft! Es verfügt über eine handgefertigte ruhigen Wasserbrunnen in einer Steinmauer Struktur eingebettet, ein luxuriöses Feuerstelle von 6 bequemen Stühlen begleitet. Dieser Raum enthält auch einen im Freien Essen im Freien Raum unter einem aufwändig gebauten und achtsam beleuchteten Pergola. Angrenzend, vier hängenden Korb Schaukeln sind für Ihre ultimative Entspannung Erfahrung suspendiert.

Mein Haus ist in einer der angesagten Kulturvierteln von Indianapolis, der Broad Ripple Village. Es ist eine eklektische Nachbarschaft mit preisgekrönten unabhängigen Restaurants, Boutique-Stil einkaufen, familienfreundliche Parks, Spaß Nachtleben und nur wenige Schritte vom Monon Trail, ein 18 Meile Weg zum Spazierengehen und Fahrradfahren.

Mein Zuhause ist für jedermann wunderbar; Familie mit Kindern, Geschäftsreisende und Gruppen!

Swifties in Broad Ripple

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the design and decor—every detail felt thoughtfully curated, making it such a visually stunning and comfortable space. Perfect Butler Graduation Weekend!

This property provided the perfect backdrop to celebrate my daughter's graduation weekend. Every detail is accounted for making for a charming and cozy retreat. From personalized welcome gifts and directions for use of tvs, fireplace, etc., to the comfortable beds (with water bottles placed on the side stands) and the lovely outdoor space, Carly has created an oasis. She also checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed, and was prompt to confirm any question we had. I highly recommend this property. Fabulous time in Broad Ripple!

We had a great time staying at this property! It was a super convenient location for us to get to Butler to see our son and to get to Broad Ripple's fantastic shops and restaurants. Teen granddaughter’s fall break visit to Indianapolis

My family and I were in town to visit some friends of our teenage granddaughter. We had the good fortune to select this charming cottage home in the Broad Ripple neighborhood of Indianapolis. It was so very cozy and welcoming. This home has a beautifully decorated backyard for relaxing. It also has an entertainment room in the basement with a large tv and bar. The kids had a great time playing card games down stairs while it rained. Our gracious host, Carly provided snacks and soft drinks for our teen and her friends. Carly was very communicative and responsive to all our questions and concerns. We would definitely like to stay here on our next visit.

Adorable House

Came for our 6th Gen Con and this was the best VRBO we've had in 6 years. Carly does an amazing job on every angle. The house was straight up magical. Great beds, really good water pressure, solid tables (could use one more! I am a board gamer though most people would be ultra pleased.) The neighborhood is cozy, the kind of place that coming of age movies were filmed in the 90s. Its also close to literally dozens of places to eat. We ate at 317 Burger and Flatwater at Carly's recommendation and they were incredible. I hope none of you book this place before me next year because if I have my way my crew will stay here every year for Gen Con. Truly a special owner and an excellent property.

We were in town for the Indy 500. Everything was as described. The charm of the home is just delightful. Our family was very comfortable. The home owner went above and beyond. Butler Graduation Weekend

Carly is an amazing host and has created the perfect vacation get away! Her house is charming and immaculate The front porch and back patio are perfect for hanging out with a cup of coffee or a cocktail. We had breakfast on the back patio and then dessert around the fire. Carly is an excellent communicator. She checked in daily and was available for questions at all times. The neighborhood is quiet but close to Broadripple. Carly added little touches to welcome our family and our graduate. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Cutest Vrbo ever!

We loved our stay at Broad Ripple. My daughter called it the cutest Vrbo ever! Carly was a friendly and helpful host. The front porch and back garden were where we started and ended our days. We took the short walk to Broad Ripple park for the kids to play on the playground. It was a nice park that has some equipment in the shade. We had a great stay.

Charming home in a fabulous location with AMAZING outdoor space!!

This home felt like home from the moment we arrived. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. No attention to detail was overlooked...including coffee pods and a stocked kitchen, extra blankets, welcome gifts, and very comfortable beds. There are two equally comfortable and inviting living areas and an adorable covered porch for morning coffee. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and loved every moment we spent in this amazing home. We travel frequently, and the communication with the owner was the best we have had. I highly recommend you stay here any time you are on the way to Indy.
