„I had a fantastic time at the hotel. Everyone was super nice and helpful, as usual in Japan. The room was well-maintained and cleaned regularly. The connection to the train system was also excellent. Everything you could need was right next to the hotel: groceries, general shops, and bars. The breakfast was also plentiful, and if you didn't use it, you could redeem the breakfast voucher at the restaurant later in the day. I would choose this hotel again anytime.“

„Room was SPECTACULAR! It was exceptionally clean and amenities were awesome. Just steps away from Ikspiari shopping center was a definite plus and the free shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice touch. Hotel delivery service was top notch as well as the bus service going to Haneda airport. The staff overall were so nice and just added that Disney magic that I needed during my trip. „Wir hatten einrn tollen Aufenthalt während unserem Tokyo Disney Besuch. Die Zimmer sind klein, bieten aber tolle Annehmlichkeiten, wie zum Beispiel eine Massagemaschine für die geschundenen Füße an. Außerdem gibt es Abends umsonst Reissuppe, die man sich selbst zusammenstellen kann. Ein Konbini ist etwas weiter entfernt, liegt aber noch in Laufdistanz. Daneben befindet sich ein größerer Supermarkt. Für Halloween war toll dekoriert und am Abend kann man sich von einer Geschenkebar etwas nehmen. ...

„Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten am Tag des Check-Ins wie am Tag des Check-Outs unsere Koffer für mehrere Stunden im Foyer parken. Wir haben beim Check-in dann auch Marken fürs Frühstück bekommen, was wir nicht auf dem Schirm hatten, uns demnach aber sehr positiv überrascht hatte.
