The apartment is in an excellent location, with many parts of the old city and the beach within walking distance.Communication was good and there was parking close by. The only real issue we had was finding parking to pick up the key on our first day. We would definitely stay here again. “

„Firstly let me make clear that the owner Jack is an excellent host, with efficient communications throughout our stay. He arranged a private transfer from Nice Airport and met us on arrival to help us find the apartment. Then he took us on an orientation walk around the immediate environs pointing out local bakeries, butchers etc, plus some good places for eating out. Secondly the apartment is ideally situated for a real ‘French’ experience in the best part of the Old Town just off the manic ...

„This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return to this flat on our next stay in Nice.“

„Absolutely loved our stay in old town Nice. The apartment was smack dab in the middle of all the action. Great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops within throwing distance of the apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable and was a great home base as we travelled along the coast for a few days. It seems the apartment had recently renovated floors, bathroom and kitchen. Parking was a three minute walk. When we come back to Nice we would stay there again. The Shaws . “

„This spot is in the heart of old town without the noise. Super lovely spot with everything you need and fabulous AC! the only issue we had with this spot was the shower drains very slowly and we could have used some beach towels but otherwise super perfect and great communication from team :) “
