„Wow did our family LOVE this home, property and location! The house is amazing with 7 en suite bedrooms within the house plus a separate studio apartment. The front porch was lovely to get a break from the sun and the gardens and grounds are gorgeous, we felt we were in a private oasis. „Vor allem die Kinder haben den Pool genossen, der dank der Pool-Heizung auch schön warm war. Der Garten ist ein Traum, das Haus sehr schön geräumig und eignete sich für drei Familien mit 7 Kindern sehr gut. Nur der Herd war etwas langsam. Die Maklerin hat uns gut eingewiesen. „Perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub mit der Familie oder mit Freunden. Vier Zimmer je mit Bad, die extra Grillküche draußen und der Pavillion zum Sitzen einfach nur gemütlich und schön. Die Wohnsiedlung ist sehr ruhig, an manchen Tagen liegt allerdings die Einflugschneise des Flughafens über dem Haus. Der Strand ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad super zu erreichen und weit und breit der Schönste. Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Echt perfekt, wir kommen wieder!“

„Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Johns Haus. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag von den Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. Eine sehr leckere Bäckerei, kleiner Lebensmittelladen und mehrere Strände waren fussläufig gut erreichbar. Alles war so wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit John verlief reibungslos. Gerne wieder 😃“

„The villa was beautiful, spacious and conveniently located -- perfect for a family holiday. It is across the street from a lovely beach, and an easy walk to the historic part of Antibes. Even with shops and restaurants as close as a minute walk away, the house has a lawn and pool that make it a quiet and relaxing retreat. The owners connected us with a local chef who prepared amazing dinners. The villa was a great find.“

„My friends and I spent a great few days at Villa Provenzale Clos De Minerve. The pool is large and the water warm. The outdoor space and BBQ area worked perfectly for us - eating outside every night. We hired in a chef on the last night and had a great meal. There is a small cafe within a 10 minute walk (on Bd Francis Meilland). Each day we also walked down to the beach at Plage de la Garoupe and had drinks at the beach bar - which had a chilled vibe.“
