„Had an enjoyable stay, one of my visits to Four in a Bed venues. It is in a lovely market town close to the battle sight. The parking is at the rear and you may miss it but as you pass between Dixie Arms and Red Lion the car park is immediately on your right; ample parking you just need to register at the bar. „Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice.“

It looked like lots of the buildings were falling to bits and the grounds were overgrown and not well kept the restaurant was permanently closed and the shared microwave in the corridor worked but there was no cutlery“
