„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “

„The elevator to the parking garage was not working when we checked out. The front desk was NOT helpful. It didn't belong to the hotel so not her problem. Other then that the stay was fine.“

„Conveniently located, has a back lot that offers free parking which is hard to find in downtown Minneapolis. Most downtown hotels have you park in a ramp next door which can cost $30-$40 per 24 hours. The lot was a little sketchy, but I parked near the building and had no issues there. No pool or free breakfast, but there's a nice bar in the lobby and breakfast is available per menu, looks good. Staff are very nice, and the room was wonderful- all the amenities you'd expect. “

„I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.“

„Gute Lage- nur wenige Minuten von Straßenbahn entfernt und downtown Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer war groß und sauber, Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit “

„Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mississipi und zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, Service war sehr gut, Restauration ist auch gut und bezahlbar. In meinem Zimmer (nach außen) war es aber aufgrund von Außengeräuschen etwas laut. Ich denke aber, dass das nicht für alle Zimmer gilt.“

„Der Aufenthalt von 17 Tagen war sehr angenehm. Die Nutzung des Indoor pools ist inbegriffen was für die Kinder super ist. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls inbegriffen und die Nutzungszeiten sind sehr lang, was ideal ist für die arbeitenden und die Leute die Ferien machen. Leider wird sehr viel einweggeschirr verwendet, was ich sehr schade finde. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist sehr laut, auch bleibt das Lärmnivau in der Nacht sehr hoch, auch wenn diese abgeschaltet ist. Eine der beiden Kochplatten ...

„Everything was great, the breakfast food was amazing as well. One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the parking $55 before taxes is a lot for a parking garage next door, but it’s private so using the 3rd party option is your only choice.“
